How to Ease the Witching Hour – I asked NCS vets and here is what they said

You want to enjoy your after-work hours and look forward to bonding with your baby after being away all day. But you don’t know how to de-escalate the witching hour. That time of day, usually between 4 pm and 7 pm, when your baby is sensitive, unhappy, or inconsolable.

I asked six baby whisperers (NCS, doulas, nurses, and well-rested parents) to share a single piece of advice that would help you to instill calm and enjoy more peaceful nights with your baby.
